Chocolate Shakeology Recipes

Chocolate Peanut Butter

  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 1/2 Cup nonfat milk or soy, rice, or almond milk
  • 6-8 cubes of ice

Chocolate Mocha

  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 Cup cold coffee (cold brew coffee over ice first!)
  • 1/2 Cup water or nonfat milk, soy, rice, or almond milk
  • 6-8 cubes of ice
  • Tip: add cinnamon and nutmeg for a cappuccino-flavored shake!

Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1/2 Cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/2 Cup nonfat milk or soy, rice, or almond milk
  • 6-8 Cubes of ice (start with less if using frozen strawberries)

Chocolate Bananas Foster

  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 Cup nonfat milk or water, soy, rice, or almond milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon rum extract
  • 6-8 Cubes of ice
